- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine refried beans, tomatoes, onion and jalapeños. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with cilantro.
