  • 1 lb bag of baby carrots
  • 3 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 Tablespoon kosher salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Cook until carrots are tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and serve. Don't drain.
