- In a large resealable plastic bag combine orange juice, lime juice, oil and garlic. Add steak; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F–400°F). Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Sprinkle both sides of steak heavily with jerk seasoning, pressing to adhere.
- Grill steak 6 minutes per side for medium-rare (145°F) or to desired doneness. Transfer steak to a cutting board; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak against the grain, and serve.
